Once upon a time…
… we had the opportunity to get to know a great 20-year-old organization, with 50 employees operating worldwide, that shares and acts on values similar to Esséré’s: “dignity, simplicity, exigency and joy in business”.
The management team is composed of the founders who have shared many adventures during the last 20 years of development. They know each other very well, like a family.
But one day something unexpected happened. An incident, a real one, created strong feelings in the team: devaluation, catapulting outside the group, stabbing in the back, loss of confidence, insecurity… It’s like not recognizing the people you’ve worked with for 20 years.
How to heal, how to reconnect to the most caring and benevolent place within us, how to be BRAVEtm enough and talk and listen to each other, i.e. how to rebuild Psychological Safety. This is what we intend to do in a beautiful place in the forest of Soigne (Hippo-Drom).
